Retrofitting Yorkshire Water’s headquarters for wellbeing and biodiversity

The project scope was to engage with staff to create a vision for the whole corporate headquarters site, at Buttershaw in Bradford. As well as detailed, designs for two areas which could be completed within 12 months. These areas were intended to act as a demonstration of corporate messages, and the scoping document asked that water efficient, drought tolerant, sustainable drainage and wildlife friendly principles were incorporated into the design and build.
